Wiccarium is a fantasy world not too modern more in a Ghibli style but without technology as we know it. Technology is mainly based on crystals but for more information about this, check the Crystal technology page. Mana is an energy inside every being of the world, this mana allow the person to use magic and this magic will be different between races. There is a whole scholar system which is where you're asked to put your character in.
